Orosi Valley (Cartago) - A rare find! This is a tremendous opportunity to acquire a major portion of the floor of the Orosi Valley! The location is fantastic, near the river and lake, with excellent mountain views all around and easy access. The 32-hectare (79-acre) property is all flat and usable, with about 1.5 kilometers (nearly one mile) of frontage along the main, paved road around the valley. The property has tremendous potential for a wide variety of activities, such as a hotel/resort, golf course, residential project or even for agricultural use.
The property is currently used for agricultural purposes, with 8.5 hectares (21 acres) of greenhouses, administration/maintenance buildings, etc., with the rest mostly planted in coffee.
