We feel that our strength is the customer service we provide. Rather than just push a few select properties to any and all customers, we instead ask the customer to paint us a mental picture of their ideal property. We then do an exhaustive search to find that property for them. If we don't have it in our own database, we are not afraid to turn to other realtors to aid in the search.

While always specializing in the Cartago/Orosi Valley areas and in rural properties, the company grew over time to serve the entire country. Now there are 1,387 properties in our database, including beach properties, hotels, lodges, estates, commercial properties, city homes, etc.
